Here are some highlights of a recent trip.
Above: The Harbor sporting some beautiful sailboats.
Above: A sign at the entrance gives visitors an appropriate warning about littering and behavior at the knob.
Above: Chris is always eager to lead the way.
Above: Most of the way is easy dirt trails, but even some steps have been built along the path.
Above: Even in the middle of the woods we are usually not without an ice cofee.
Above: This is not a bad first image when you exit the woods.
Above: This is the knob from a short distance.
Above: Stone steps have been carved out at one point so visitors can go dip their toes in the ocean water.
Above: The Atlantic.
Above: Is Chris at the edge of the Knob or the Edge of the World?
Above: At low tide it is fairly easy to get over to the rock for a nice spot to sit in the sun.
Above: I feel like the king of the World when I stand here.
Above: It is always saddening to leave, but at least I have my ice coffee.
